Cancellation and Refunds

Live Courses and Conferences

 In the event of unforeseeable events beyond the control of The Cancer Rehab Community (TCRC) , the event will attempt to be rescheduled and course learners will have the option to transfer to the new course date at no charge or request a full refund for the registration fee. If a course cannot be held as a result of any unforeseeable events then TCRC will refund all course fees paid in full.

If an event is canceled by TCRC or if a learner is no longer able to attend, TCRC will not be held liable for any expenses or costs that registrants incurred related to: travel, lodging, transportation, meals, missed work, or any other costs related to their attempting to attend a cancelled course-event.

For cancellation by the learner, all cancellations must be submitted by email to hello@thecancerrehabcommunity.com and received at least 30 days prior to the course start date.  Refunds less a processing fee of $75.00 are provided until 10 days prior the course date. For cancellations submitted less than 10 days prior to the event, a refund will not be issued, but the learner may transfer registration to another course or equal or lesser value.

Self-Paced Courses and Conferences

Due to the nature of online, self-paced courses, refunds are not available for courses. If you are not satisfied with any self-paced course, please contact hello@thecancerrehabcommunity.com  so we can quickly correct the issue.
